Cafeteria / convenience store for rental in condominium
Location of premises: Perdana Emerald Condominium Block 3, Jalan PJU 8/3A
Size : 700 square feet in the store plus 300 square feet outside for tables and chairs
Rental cost : RM700 ++ (negotiable)
rental cost is inclusive of cleaning of the area outside the cafeteria

Concept Idea:
Store to sell household items to cater for serviced apartment and residents, plus sell prepacked food and serve drinks for those using the area. Wifi may potentially be installed by the management office (depending on costings)
Number of residential / commercial units served in condominium : around 500 units
Future plans in Perdana Emerald that will drive traffic to this cafeteria / convenience store:
The JMC is trying to revive the service apartment concept in Block 3 (not implemented by the developer earlier).
The management office currently operating in Block 2 will shift to Block 3 for collections of maintenance fees from residents. Residents from Block 1 & 2 will be paying their bills in Block 3, hence having more human traffic in Block 3. We will also have the office providing photocopy and meeting room rental services.
